At Deerhouse, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and affordably. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your products will be delivered to you.
We currently deliver to all major cities and PIN codes across India.
If your area is not serviceable, we’ll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (except Sundays & public holidays).
Once processed, the order is handed over to our delivery partners.
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
📌 Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather, festival rush, or courier delays.
Prepaid Orders:
– ₹0 (Free shipping above ₹999)
– ₹49 shipping for orders below ₹999
Cash on Delivery (COD):
– Flat ₹60 COD handling charge
– COD may not be available in all locations
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A confirmation email/SMS with tracking details
Live order status updates via your My Account page
You can also reach out via WhatsApp or email for support.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
❗ Important:
A penalty of ₹100–₹250 may apply for RTO due to customer fault, especially in COD orders. Future COD access may be restricted.
All products are securely packed using tamper-proof, hygienic packaging, with bubble-wrap for jewelry and fragile items. Our packaging is discreet and damage-resistant.
We ship through trusted courier companies such as:

Bluedart
Ekart
India Post (for remote zones)
Each order is insured during transit against loss or damage.
