This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through www.deerhouse.in
We aim to dispatch your order quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel:
Login to your account and cancel the order (if option is available)
Or immediately email us at support@deerhouse.in or WhatsApp (if available) with your Order ID
We will confirm the cancellation via email and process the full refund (if prepaid).
Once the product is dispatched or out for delivery:
Cancellation is not permitted
If you refuse to accept a COD order or provide incorrect/incomplete delivery address, it will be marked as return to origin (RTO)
📌 Penalty: ₹100–₹250 may be charged to your account for logistics and handling loss due to refusal or failed delivery attempts.
Your account may be flagged or blocked for repeated violations
Prepaid orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
Certain products (custom jewelry, curated fashion items, sale/offer items) may not be eligible for cancellation. If applicable, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Cancellation = Order not shipped yet
Return = Order received but returned due to valid reason
Returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and may include deductions if returned due to user error.
If we detect excessive cancellations, COD refusals, or abuse of offers, we reserve the right to:
Disable COD option for your account
Cancel any future orders
Suspend or block your account permanently
We do this to protect our business and ensure fair usage.
